We are excited to share Fambul Tok with communities and schools around the world to spark conversation and to inspire acts of forgiveness and community reconciliation, and we need your help!
Hosting your own screening is very easy.
Step 1 – Plan! Begin by deciding on a preferred time, date and venue for your event. Use the Hosting Guide and Application as a checklist of details you’ll want to have in place before applying to host a screening. Note that all public screenings of the film require the purchase of a public screening license (the licensing fees are detailed in the Application), and you may wish to fundraise for this before taking the next step.
Step 2 – Apply! Once your event details are in place, it’s time to order and license the film by filling out our online Hosting Application. We’ll get back to you in 1-2 business days to confirm and approve your order and to send your screening license and invoice.
Step 3 — Promote! Once you’ve submitted your screening license fee, we’ll send you your DVD, and a selection of helpful promotional and discussion materials, and we will also help you advertise by posting your event details on our site and social networks.
If you have any questions or need help with the planning process, get in touch with Hannah Ewing, Outreach and Screenings Coordinator, via email or phone at +1-207-775-2861.
